Andrew heads up the Project Management department and leads the team in Kent. A Partner since 2007, he has been a member of the team since 2002 and continues to manage projects alongside his management responsibilities overseeing the project managers and quality inspectors.

Andrew has been involved in the development and construction industry for over 30 yeard. His early formal training was as a building estimator, working for building contractors and a developer. He subsequently moved into contract administration with a housing association, first as a surveyor and then a development officer.

His career path from contractor to housing association to consultant employer’s agent has given him a varied and balanced knowledge of the development process. He has a particular interest in historical and traditional building forms and a thorough understanding of modern construction techniques and issues relating to building defects. This varied experience enables him to understand the requirements of all parties to a development process.
