Kevin Crook
Associate, Chartered Building Surveyor

Kevin joined the practice in 1998. He specialises in core surveying duties such as building surveys, specifications and defects diagnosis. He also acts as employer’s agent and is responsible for party wall matters.

Prior to joining Churchill Hui, Kevin worked for 5 years in a large multi-disciplinary architectural and surveying practice. This enabled him to build a wealth of experience in many sectors, particularly residential.

In addition to liaising daily with clients and contractors he is also Quality Representative for the practice, responsible for our ISO 9001: 2000 accreditation.

Kevin holds a BSc in Building Surveying from South Bank University and is a Chartered Building Surveyor.
