Kevin Crook

Upon graduating from London South Bank University with a BSc in Building Surveying, Kevin worked at a multi-disciplinary private practice for five years. He gained a wealth of experience in a variety of sectors, particularly residential. Kevin became chartered in 1997 and joined Churchill Hui the following year, focusing on Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator roles for new build and refurbishment/maintenance projects.
As a Senior Project Manager/Associate for several years Kevin continued to fulfil these roles and take a proactive approach at all stages of the building process, resulting in successful and smooth project deliveries. Kevin has increasingly focused on pre-contract services in recent years and has procured/negotiated contracts and development agreements on a variety of schemes with RPs and large housebuilders with contract values of £10m+ in London the South East. Kevin is now responsible for managing the London project management team, ensuring resourcing and consistency of service is maintained.
As a Chartered Surveyor, Kevin specialises in party wall legislation for the company and continues to work within the core fields of building surveying, defect diagnosis and preparation of conveyance plans. Kevin is also actively involved in APC supervisor/counsellor roles.
