Duncan joined Churchill Hui in 2006 as a Part II Architectural Assistant, qualifying in 2008 to become a Project Architect. His work within Churchill Hui’s architectural arm ranges from schematic planning proposals through to the detailed design of large developments. Duncan brings practicability and efficiency to each stage of the design process.

With over 14 years’ experience in the housing sector, Duncan has acquired extensive knowledge of residential schemes including private sale, affordable and mixed use developments of varying size. The scale of projects varies from high density urban brownfield sites to rural exception sites. His involvement typically includes initial concept design, development of agreed proposals for planning approval and the technical detailing of all construction elements. Duncan specialises in delivering efficient housing to a high standard of design.
