Andrew Moss joined Churchill Hui in June 2005 as a Project Manager. With the change in CDM regulations in 2007 and the increased emphasis on whole life cycle maintainability, he now focuses more on this aspect of the construction process in the role of CDM Coordinator.
Prior to joining the practice, Andrew worked for a number of different Housing Associations and Local Authorities, either in planned or responsive maintenance team roles. During this time, he completed a BSc Honours degree in Building Processes.
As a Project Manager at Churchill Hui, his maintenance and housing background has been key to ensuring that the maintainability of developments is properly considered during the build process.
Andrew has stayed conversant with all updated regulations by taking a number of courses, including the NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety, which he successfully passed, achieving a credit overall.
Since then, he has gone on to attain membership of the Association of Project Safety, passing their internal test to be listed on the CDM coordinator register.
