A Partner since 2007, Andrew manages Churchill Hui’s Kent team. He has been a member of the project management team since 2002 and continues in this role on a day-to-day basis alongside his overall management responsibilities.

Andrew has been involved in the development and construction industry for 21 years. His early formal training was as a building estimator, working for building contractors and a developer. He subsequently moved into contract administration with a housing association, first as a surveyor and then a development officer.

His career path from contractor to housing association to consultant employer’s agent has given him a varied and balanced knowledge of the development process. He has a particular interest in historical and traditional building forms and a thorough understanding of modern construction techniques and issues relating to building defects. This varied experience enables him to understand the requirements of all parties to a development process.
